Shiv Yog on Zee TV (6 August 2015)

I love myself unconditionally. I love everyone and forget them unconditionally. Everyone has different personalities. Like potatoes. God made potatoes neither sweet nor salty. Chillies are spicy. Would a dish be tasty without chillies?

No. So we are either chilli, potato or dhania (coriander) Each person is unique, so love each one unconditionally. Life will be bliss!

A beautiful thought

Like the drop of water
has all the qualities of the ocean,
so do you - of your maker.

(heard during a presentation by Amy Kleinhans-Curd)

Joy

  • Focus on seeing yourself in joy
  • Feel yourself in joy
  • Imagine only joy
  • The universe will move people, circumstances, and events to bring you that joy.
  • Deposit joy in the bank of the universe.

Some thoughts I've jotted down

From time to time, I jot down thoughts or tidbits I read/hear.

Here are a few I found in a notebook that I thought was worth saving:
Disclaimer: Apologies for not keeping the source of these.

  • You can only become the master of your life by living it.
  • Give heartfelt thanks for the wonderful day and intend the next day to be great.
  • BE & FEEL happy now. Radiate out feelings of joy and happiness.
  • Ask. Believe. Receive. Feeling good now puts you in the frequency of what you want.
  • Praise and bless every inch of your body.
  • If you want to change anything in your life, change the frequency by changing your thoughts.
  • Be grateful for what you already have and you will attract more good things.
  • Clean up the frequency of the day and emit new ones for tomorrow.
